Founder & Head GrowerMartha started the farm with a borrowed wheelbarrow and a stubborn belief that real food matters. She still tastes every crop before it ships.
Elena Whitfield
Farm ManagerMartha's daughter, a trained agronomist who doubled the crop list to 120+ varieties. She runs the fields and the weekend farm stand.
Tom Alvarez
Head of Field OperationsTom has been with the farm for 14 years. He designs the rotation schedules, manages the compost system and knows every inch of the ten acres.
Priya Sharma
Community & CSA LeadPriya manages our farm share memberships, runs the newsletter and organises U-Pick weekends. She's the voice of FarmFresh on the page.
